EXCEL password clearing (password protection and cracking) - clever use of macro code

Keywords: Windows Excel Programming

All of you have experienced the password setting in excel. After a long time, I thought I would never forget the password in my life. I really forgot it.

The only thing we can do is crack, but all kinds of crack tools on the Internet are not reliable, all kinds of worries, we finally got up the courage to decide to download the crack software. As a result, we failed to crack the password again and again, and we were poisoned...

I have to find my own way! Using macro operation mode to crack, it's really effective. During operation, the computer may have no response for two minutes. Don't think it's crashed. Wait a minute!

The steps are as follows:

  1. Open file
  2. Tools - macro - record new macro - enter the name as follows: [W for password W]
  3. Stop recording (to get an empty macro)
  4. Tools macro macro, select w password W, and click Edit
  5. Delete all characters (only a few) in the window and replace with the following: (copy the following code)
  6. Close edit window
  7. Tools - macro - macro, select [all internal passwords], [run], confirm twice, pay attention to check twice and confirm, the password content will be displayed
Wait 2 minutes, then confirm. OK, no password!
The contents of macro program code are as follows:
 Public Sub AllInternalPasswords()
' Breaks worksheet and workbook structure passwords. Bob McCormick
' probably originator of base code algorithm modified for coverage
' of workbook structure / windows passwords and for multiple passwords
 '
' Norman Harker and JE McGimpsey 27-Dec-2002 (Version 1.1)
' Modified 2003-Apr-04 by JEM: All msgs to constants, and
' eliminate one Exit Sub (Version 1.1.1)
' Reveals hashed passwords NOT original passwords
